PLACING YOUR ORDER - When placing your order, please remember to let us know if you would like any personalization to be engraved on the back of the plaque. Your personalized text information goes in the Personalization box. We will be sending you a graphic of how your personalization will appear before we do the final engraving. This will give you an opportunity to edit the text or let us know if you desire a different font.
COMMUNICATION - Upon receiving your order, we will respond through ETSY Conversation within 24 hours with a thank you and acknowledgement of your purchase. We may have questions regarding your order especially if you have requested personalization of your item. Please check your ETSY conversations in case we have questions as we strive to process your order and get it on its way to you as soon as possible.
ORDER COMPLETION TIME - Currently the production time in our shop is approximately 3 to 5 days. We engrave a prototype on Baltic birch wood before engraving your plaque. This takes a little more time for production in our shop to make sure text, borders, and all aspects of the graphics engraved are as precise as possible. We want you to be very satisfied with the final product and we endeavor to complete and ship your product as soon as possible. Production time includes the initial order date, laser engraving, and any personalization requested. It does not include shipping transit times.
SHIPPING - We provide shipping free of charge for you. We currently utilize USPS Priority shipping through ETSY as our means of shipping. USPS Priority Mail usually runs 1 to 3 days in transit depending on the time of year, however, we are not responsible for transit times once your item is shipped. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped. Please make sure correct shipping address information is entered at time of purchase. We ship to the address entered at the time of checkout and therefore we are not responsible for addresses that are mistyped or not entered accurately. If a package is returned to us due to an error in address entry, the buyer will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship.
ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will need multiple pictures to initiate a claim of both the front and back of item, front and back of box, contents of box including packing materials, and readable photo of full label. All these items must be retained by the recipient until the claim is finalized. The above process must be adhered to otherwise the claim could be denied resulting in replacement not provided free of charge.
LOST PACKAGES - Packages lost in shipment, via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, etc., are not our responsibility. Upon notification that a package has not been received, we will promptly file a claim with the respective carrier. Upon receiving compensation from the carrier, we will issue a refund or replace the items accordingly.
PAYMENT - All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted at checkout. Payment processing is completely safe and secure. We do not have access to your billing information, card numbers, etc., and we do not store credit card information and payment information.
CANCELLATIONS - Due to the nature of our business, laser engraving, we can only accept cancellations in our shop if the engraving process has not been initiated. Any cancellation should be initiated within hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find this is a necessity. We will let you know if shop production has been initiated.
